Brands We Love: Honey Bear Ice Cream

This week I want to highlight one of our favorite fellow local women entrepreneurs running a brilliant small business! Our friend Natalie Wallace at Honey Bear is doing great things and making some incredibly yummy ice cream while she’s at it. One of her three small businesses she started, Natalie named Honey Bear after her rescue dog Mabel who she saved from a kill shelter.

Natalie is a woman who wears many hats. She started out as a filmmaker with Birdhouse Weddings and Wonderscope, and while she is still active in the field of storytelling, she branched out into the world of ice cream in a way that has blessed all of our lives and stomachs. She is passionate about inspiring and supporting small business and much  like us, she values making her food accessible to as many people as possible!

All of Honey Bear’s ice cream is gluten free, dairy free, soy free and vegan! Not to mention delicious. Her motto is one we can get behind, “as few and as natural” ingredients as possible. We are excited to announce that a collaboration between Tucker&Co and Honey Bear coming soon, so keep your eyes out for that! Stop by the cafe on May 26th at 6pm to try some ice cream at her pop-up! In the meantime show our friends Natalie at Honey Bear some love, and let us know what your favorite flavor is.
