This month in the cafe, we are brewing up some new and old favorites for you to enjoy. Our January specials list is chocked full with seasonal spins for if you’re looking for a pop of flavor for the new year or a cozy classic. Don’t miss the kitchen’s round-up of winter menu items too!
Special January Sips:
Salted Caramel Hazelnut Chai: Soul Chai’s masterful blend swizzled with our house-made salted caramel hazelnut chai syrup, as always sweetened only with refined-sugar free sources
Peppermint Mocha: we were loving this one too much to say farewell just yet; cozy up to a cup of espresso with our house-made choco syrup and our own peppermint syrup
Peppermint Matcha: try our house-made peppermint syrup in another way… with matcha! We love this one served over ice for a smoothly satisfying sip
Boost Juice: every now and then we play with our smoothies and this nutrient boosting version is blended up with frozen cherries and cranberries, the ultimate in antioxidants, combined with orange juice and honey to activate your immune system and knock out those January scaries

Winter food specials!! :
Panini: starting with two slices of our own gluten free sourdough or McGrath’s bakehouse sourdough bread, this sandwich is loaded layer by layer: local Three Springs Fruit Farm’s apple butter, local cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and the crown jewel: our fig balsamic marinated pork made from Simply Flavorful’s curated marinades sourced from their Mechanicsburg shop
Toast: your choice topped with almond butter, bacon and maple syrup!
Soup: Chicken & Rice, pull up a chair to a bowl of piping hot, scratch-made chicken soup, made from local pasture-raised chicken, carrots, onion, celery, and wild rice… it’s naturally gluten and dairy free AND if you’d like to take some home for a quick school-night meal, you can find it now stocked in the freezer too.
