Tucker & JOSEPH

One of my favorite bands of all time, JOSEPH, is on tour and they recently made a stop on our side of town. My husband and I bought tickets for their concert a while back and the day ended up being even more special than we could have imagined! This experience in particular was even more spectacular because earlier in the day, we welcomed JOSEPH to our bakery café Friday afternoon. Being able to connect with JOSEPH, their opener Sister, and their whole crew in person was a dream come true!

We recently transformed the bathroom space by adding a wall mural with lyrics from one of my favorite JOSEPH songs, “Side Effects”

"First cup of coffee after a long night
First kiss after a bitter fight
First time we see each other after too much time
Something's gone but we're still here and it's alright
If this is a drug keep me prescribed
These are the side effects I want for life"

JOSEPH saw the mural for themselves and even changed their setlist to perform "the song from the bathroom" for us at the concert. They are so personable and were such a joy to be around. I am so thankful to JOSEPH and their crew for taking the early trip over from Pittsburgh to stop in and see the mural and experience our sweet community for themselves!
