Coffee. We all love it, some of us can’t live without it. The truth is, coffee tells a story. Behind every cup of coffee you consume there are people who have labored to get it to you, from the workers on the coffee farms to the baristas behind the counter. I’ve been thinking a lot recently about how much coffee we consume, not just in America, but here in our little Bakery Cafe on South Baltimore Street.

As the beginning of summer approaches, so does the end of the school year! As student’s in town are itching for school to be out, we’re getting especially excited for this year's graduating class of 2023!

It’s a fun week for us here at Tucker&Co! On Wednesday May 24th we’ll be having a ribbon cutting ceremony with the York County Economic Alliance at 12pm to celebrate opening our outdoor seating areas in this summer season, and Friday May 26th from 6-8pm we have our Summer Concert Series Kickoff here at the Bakery. We’re so excited for all that this week holds, and we can’t wait to share it all with you!

As Mother’s Day is quickly approaching, I've been thinking about just how important mothers are to our little community and all around the world. Mother’s push society forward - they are entrepreneurs, business women, health care professionals, caretakers, farmers, and so much more.

Did someone say Farmers Market? Yes, please. The Dillsburg Farmers Market starts this weekend, Saturday May 6th, and we can’t even believe it's already that time of the year. We are stoked to be joining some of our favorite local shops, vendors and small businesses every Saturday starting this weekend! Our team will be there with some yummy goodies to share with you. We’ll be there with our Popup Shop selling coffee, smoothies, tea, Little Amps nitro cold brews, our granola, Spindrift, Rijuice, and some fresh baked goods! You really won’t want to miss it.

Whether your thing is hiking mountain sides or riding waves, our new Mountain & Waves Latte is probably something you will love as much as we do. As we just celebrated Earth Day, we wanted to create something that would not only taste super yummy, but would help us support a local organization that worked for sustainability in our community.

Sustainability is something we seriously value. We do our best to sustainably and ethically source all of our products here at Tucker&Co, and we do our best to be conscious of our environmental impact at every turn. Thankfully, we have some people in our community who are great resources for how to better care for the environment in every aspect of your work and life.

Spring is upon us and there are LOTS of yummy things beginning to sprout up. Here in Dillsburg, some of our favorite fruits and vegetables are in season and we’ve been excited to use them in our recipes. Mushrooms, pea shoots and strawberries are some of the many fruits and veggies we’ve been creatively incorporating in our food.

As we enter Easter week, I wanted to share one of my favorite Easter brunch recipes with you. This overnight french toast is a delicious and nutritious addition to your easter brunch table.
