Friday night, artists Joey Knouse and Virginia Masland headlined our outdoor concert series for June, playing right here in the backyard of the cafe. We believe music is a joining force, with the ability to bring strangers together for a shared experience, one of the reasons we host monthly concerts!

Tucked into central PA, it can be easy to forget that our small town is just a 3-hour-drive (or Amtrak ride) to New York City- and while it may be considered “the greatest city in the world” for theater, shopping or site-seeng, it also does not miss when it comes to gluten free food. Matcha is known for its unmistakable green color and earthy flavor. When combined with milk and sweetener, it makes for the perfect coffee shop purchase. We offer three matcha drinks on the menu, Classic Matcha, Mountains & Waves, and the newly added Maui Matcha.

Isaac and I recently had the chance to treat ourselves to a lovely getaway in Bethlehem, PA. We stopped in a bunch of shops and restaurants in town, leaving with some exciting purchases and recommendations if you ever find yourself in this part of Pennsylvania. Being a mom and owning the café are two of my proudest accomplishments, both equally challenging and rewarding in their own ways.

We got a new panini press for the café! The story behind it, however, is not completely one of excitement, rather problem solving and adaptability.

Owning a small business allows me to dream big and work every day to reach my goals for the café. There is a constant need to innovate and project a vision, both short and long-term, into the operations at the café, which is a fun and creative challenge.

Foster care and adoption is something Isaac and I are very passionate about. Our son Xayvion came into our lives through foster care and in 2021, we welcomed him to our family through adoption. In fact, my family celebrated the three year anniversary of Xayvion's adoption this past weekend!

Tucker&Co is located in Dillsburg, a place where small-town charm meets rich history. I have lived in Dillsburg (almost) my entire life and it is where I am raising my family and growing my business.

Our friends over at Presidents Coffee had their Latte Art Throwdown this past Friday in Gettysburg, so Tucker&Co took a team outing to put our latte art skills to the test and have some fun with friends!

One of my favorite bands of all time, JOSEPH, is on tour and they recently made a stop on our side of town. My husband and I bought tickets for their concert a while back and the day ended up being even more special than we could have imagined!

Do you hear that hum? It's the newest addition to our bakery cafe’s back counter - an automatic dosing espresso grinder. I was recently able to make this exciting purchase thanks to a grant awarded by the York County Economic Alliance.

They say life imitates art…well we've noticed how our café playlists imitate us. It’s no wonder we keep hitting play on these songs at the café this winter…

In "To the Mountains" Lizzy McAlpine sings about heading to the mountains because it's the only place she feels at peace. Someone tell her to bring some Tucker&Co granola with her for her as she escapes the hustle and bustle to seek that inner calm!

Summer is officially here, aka the perfect time for smoothies! Our summer smoothies are a crowd favorite here at the bakery. We love making refreshing and yummy smoothies with real, nutritious fruits. They are a great way to cool down on your way to outdoor summer adventures, or as a little something to sip as you get work done!

Not many people know this about us, but Isaac and I have a bit of a history with live music. A while back we traveled with a band that Isaac was in, and they played gigs all across the states! We had lots of fun adventures back then, and it grew into an even deeper love for music. That is why we’ve been so excited about our summer concert series here at the bakery, getting to highlight local musicians and provide live music for our community!
